I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend the items below. Most are items I personally buy (I actually created this from walking around my apartment and seeing what I use on a daily basis). Personal Care & Makeup
Essential oils are part of my daily self-care routine. They can boost mood, reduce inflammation, and increase focus. They’re also great for your skin.
This shampoo & conditioner set smells amazing! Plus it’s vegan, and free of parabens, sulfates, silicons, phthalates, and synthetic fragrances.
I’m a HUGE fan of 100% PURE. I was always on the hunt for a foundation that made my skin look good, but one that was also healthy for it. This foundation met both requirements.
I love this lip gloss – it’s natural looking, and fruit-pigmented with antioxidant-rich fruits, not synthetic dyes.
This toothpaste is awesome because I’s made with organic and fair trade ingredients. There’s no synthetic foaming agents and it’s fluoride-free, so I feel comfortable using it.
I love these lotions – they’re formulated with organic jojoba oil and are even certified organic! They have wonderful scents and has high-quality ingredients.
This is by far my favorite beauty product. It’s incredibly underrated but gets rid of my acne over-night. Pro-tip – use apple cider vinegar as a base when making it into a paste before you apply!
Collagen protein is not only great for improving your gut health, but also for improving skin health (given that collagen is the protein responsible for skin elasticity).
This moisturizer has an adaptogen blend of Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, Reishi, and Holy Basil that calms and moisturizes the skin (it’s especially great for oily skin).
Scraping your tongue stands to reward anyone willing to give it a try. Scraping the coating off your tongue first thing in the morning prevents re-absorption of the toxins that your body worked so hard to expel.
This nail polish is free of formaldehyde, DBP, toluene, parabens, and other toxic ingredients that many mainstream brands may otherwise have. My sister got me onto these – shout out to Juliana!
This beautiful palette has 3 eye shadows, a blush, and a highlighter pigmented with antioxidant-rich fruits.

Amareta is a super cool & innovative company – they create skincare products that treat your skin at every stage of your hormonal cycle.
I became pretty serious about taking this after I suffered a pretty bad concussion in college. Lion’s mane has been proven to help regenerate brain cells and improve the functioning of the hippocampus. Whether or not you’ve suffered from brain trauma, I suggest taking this if you’re also looking to just boost your mental clarity.
Vitamin D helps fight disease, can prevent against cancer, reduces depression, and boosts immune function. Given that most people don’t meet their body’s minimum vitamin D requirements (especially during the winter months if you live in New England like me), I like to take at least 5,000 IUs of it per day.
Zinc may effectively reduce inflammation, boost immune health, reduce your risk of age-related diseases, and improve acne symptoms. I’ve found that supplementing with zinc especially helps to improve my skin.
Vitamin B complex promotes cell health, energy levels, healthy brain function, and good digestion. I began supplementing with this more especially after coming off of the birth control pill (since birth control often leads to vitamin B deficiencies).
Digestive enzymes can help with heartburn, IBS, indigestion, and bloating. Zenwise is my favorite brand.
These supplements are great for your hair, skin, and nails. I actually notice an improvement when taking them!
Getting a sufficient amount of vitamin D is important for normal growth and development of bones and teeth, as well as improved resistance against certain diseases
Berberine has very impressive health benefits, and affects your body at the molecular level. It’s been shown to lower blood sugar, cause weight loss and improve heart health, to name a few
Quercetin acts as an antioxidant, neutralizing free radicals. It also possesses antihistamine and anti-inflammatory properties.

I go through this like water, especially since I currently don’t have a dishwasher. It’s cruelty-free formula isn’t tested on animals and it contains plant-derived degreases to make grease disappear.
One of the best scents and a fresh way to clean, refresh, and remove odor.
I’m a huge fan of this one. Did you know that vinegar is a great disinfectant and a great alternative to use instead of toxic cleaning substances like clorox or bleach?
Yes, what you wash your clothes with matters because it also gets absorbed into your skin. This is my favorite natural, plant-derived laundry cleaner.
